Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

My family and I have been going to this Mucho Burrito for years now. I am so disappointed that the owner/Manger would make their employees stand firm on the no mask no service. We were refused service today Feb 5/22 for not wearing masks. The employee that refused us has been someone that we have always had a great relationship with. That is why it is really sad. This has to end. Discrimination is never acceptable. Just wanted to let the owner know that my family will not be back ever and i will let others know that they should not support you as well.

I want to give Mucho Burrito 5 stars but this location is so disappointing! Meat quality and quantity is gross, rice is strange, beans are unbearable, service is good although. Step up your game! Paying 13 bucks for a burrito, the customers deserve more! If Calgary had more Mexican options this place would have been shut down years ago.

Worst Mucho Burrito in the entire city. I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes one direction to avoid this awful restaurant. Any other Mucho would give you 50-100 percent more rice, beans, meat, toppings, etc. but what is truly special about this place, is the dried-out meat and overcooked veggies\rice they serve you. In the 5-6 times I've been there, I've never had veggies that didn't look like they were cooked for an hour and sitting for 2 more.

Great people, great food, great service. Mucho Burrito is my go to not only for Mexican, but fast food in general. The portions are great for the price, and the service and employees are welcoming every time I go. This particular Mucho Burrito location is the best one I have went to in the city. It is a well maintained, clean establishment as the management is top notch. I highly recommend this restaurant and you will most certainly get your best bang for your buck here.

Staff are great, there very helpful on the selection. Its our first time to eat and no idea whats good. They really help us to figure out and they suggest good ones would be happy to comeback.
