Blaze Pizza - Calgary

I was pleasantly surprised at this placeAmazing selection of toppings that you can choose and mix and match without paying extra.

Neat take on a pizza place. Build your own or pre-fab menu options. Quick friendly service - had our pies in about 10 mins start to finish. Super thin crust doesn't leave you bloaty like thick crusts do. Add whatever toppings you like - it's all the same price! Cheaper price f you only want cheese/sauce. Cool atmosphere, great location on 4th street. One mayyy be big enough to share for two but you'll probably end up wanting your own. Tasty marinara - just say yes to the "Dabs of Red Sauce". They have enticing menu salads too.

Finally! I think I have eaten at every pizza place in Calgary and Blaze is my style. You call it in and it's ready fast. Loved it! I'm generally a thin crust pizza lover but decided to try one of each and we agreed the think crust had left us wanting more. Defenitly our new pizza spot. Eat in or take it home. Might seem a little odd but I really liked that the pizza box lid comes right off. It's the little things I guess.

My son suggested that the family try this spot as it had recently opened on busy 4 Street SW.This is a "build-your-own" pizza restaurant. The concept may not be unique, but it is to me.Basically what you do is stand in line and tell the staff what you want on your pizza as you watch them cook it.They have as standard a very thin and crispy but wonderful tasting crust. Gluten-free is also available.We all thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas and thought they were better than those offered many well established Calgary pizza restaurants. We will definitely be back!Also, the wine comes in a can!

Tried this place last weekend and I was so impressed with the quality of the ingredients, the delicious taste, and the one-price format. Where else can you get a pizza that you can have all the toppings you choose for one low price? The pizza is also wood fired, and so quick. I also like their choice of flavored lemonades and other beverages. Blood Orange Lemonade was delicious! I will be back! They also have gluten free crusts if that is important to you!
