Anyway, eating was just as expected and usual. my girlfriend (kindly) asked for fried jalapeños and when the burger arrived, there was not to her lust, so she asked childly whether she would deepen her or not. next they know that we hear that the waitress my girlfriend is a b h several times at the cook / as always on the back. I don't think it was necessary to say that this killed our mood, and the whole date. we called the manager who confronted them on the back (consider that the restaurant is dead, so it's pretty easy to hear everything, especially when she screams literally and she denies everything. I feel like she just made us guilty of an apology. the manager was kind enough to let us go without paying for it. many thanks to the manager, but we just forget the waitress.
The family here looted a few times and disappointed each time. eating comes cold, server are unfriendly (if you can find one), and if you are experiencing problems with management, don't listen and twist as if your fault isn't her. I would. to avoid this place like the pelage if I were her. would give 0 stars if I could.
They stay away from this and other boston pizza sites. eating is at best subpar. pizzas are overpriced.
This situation is nothing spectacular. it is busy and often overcrowded. eating is predictable and delicious. the personal is usually good.
This is a conveniently-located chain restaurant, that's clean and serves a variety of popular dishes. Generally Boston Pizza is seen as good food at reasonable prices but certainly not Gourmet. But this particular instance was at best average. The server, her name was Ashlyn I...think, was very prompt, courteous and pleasant. So she was great. But the two dishes we ordered, Mediterranean penne and the lasagna were really nothing special. The Mediterranean penne was very tomatoey with a strong vinegar flavor (I think from the artichokes), and the lasagna had almost no meat in it and almost no sauce, it was mostly pasta with a bit of cheese on top. We didn't complain because it was definitely edible, it just wasn't good. I'd be surprised if we go back to this one.
