Boston Pizza - Calgary

Decent usually, service can be less than kind at times. Overall it isn't too bad, if you go in the service is actually not too bad. Over the phone not so much though.. Food can sometimes be soggy though.

BP . Hi. Well I have gone to this BP's (Country Hills Harvest Hills Location) Since it opened. I go their with my friends, family and boyfriend. Am very pleased my youngest is now 18 as we can sit in the lounge. I will only go when Tyler (Bartender) and Brittany (waitress) are working. The service these two give are incredible. My boyfriend generally go their 2 3 times a week. They know us by name. They know what we drink and eat. They are very pleasant to other patrons and never show anything but a positive outgoing nature to all who come into the lounge. The restaurant side I refuse to sit on as the service and staff are horrible. Ryan the manager also is very nice. There is an older waitress who has been their for years she needs to go. We use to go in the restaurant with different occasions and we would get her almost everytime. She is flakey, unprofessional and rude. A blonde waitress in the lounge is fantastic as well. Chelsea is also a good waitress. A word of advice do everything in your power to keep the good ones mentioned here to keep our BP's from getting a bad rath. <br/ <br/ Thanks to the good staff in the lounge.

Awesome staff, Great times!. It's been awhile since there's been a review on this place, and it's really too bad! I moved into the area about four months ago and was pretty leery about going to this location because of all the negative reviews. I was very surprised when I finally decided to give this place a chance, and it turned out to be nothing like the old reviews! Since my first visit, I've been going to this Boston Pizza 2-3 times a week because the staff has been so awesome and friendly (They remembered my name and what beer I like by my second visit to their lounge . I also love how they do give-aways for sports nights like UFC and NFL; I won a Jersey last month! (It was a unfortunately a Colin Kaepernick Jersey... but hey free NFL jersey! Like anywhere this place isn't without its faults (I've had my food come out wrong on a couple of occasions , however the staff management have always been SINCERELY apologetic, and quick to fix any problems (Which in my opinion is very important because it's not about the mistakes you make, it's about how you handle them . I'd say if you've had a bad experience in the past it's probably time to give them another try.

Banderas Pizza Breads!!!. Pizza are always fresh, managers are good looking, some of the servers are fineeeee, and free refills can't complain for students gathering area to eat out :

Came here for lunch on pasta Tuesday and had a great experience. Our service was very prompt and friendly. We each ordered pasta dishes and a side salad and the food was delicious. Came out hot and relatively fast and the portions are enough for two meals. Will be back if we are looking for a chill franchise meal.
