Carver's Steakhouse Sheraton Cavalier Calgary

Carvers is consistently outstanding. We visit at least once a month, and it's always a great experience! The food is fabulous, and the Béarnaise sauce is to die for!

We were in the mood for a steak dinner, and while my partner thoroughly enjoyed his steak, I had one of the best meals I've ever had. The dishes were beautifully prepared, and everything was delicious. We both enjoyed our meal immensely.

The steak was excellent, and the service was friendly and efficient. The prices were quite reasonable as well. Our food was prepared quickly, and the server was attentive without being intrusive. One small thing I noticed was that other servers asked guests if they were celebrating a special occasion, but our server didn’t ask us. We were there to celebrate our anniversary, and it would have been nice if that information had been acknowledged. It would have been helpful if I could have mentioned this when making the reservation over the phone, or if the reservation site had allowed me to provide that detail.

The table side cesar was fantastic and the steaks were very pleasant. the only disadvantages for us was the service very slow and the restaurant was ice cold. we will try again at a less lively night!

It’s was Valentines Day, we decided to try this restaurant. We were VERY pleased. Definitely will be back.
