Earl's - Calgary

Today, I took my 7-year-old son to Earls for the first time in years, after having boycotted them due to the meat and tipping controversy. I’m glad I did! We had a great time enjoying the mini pizza during happy hour, and the highlight was a fantastic magician who entertained the kids. They really did a wonderful job putting the focus back on customer experience!

I had an issue with my pickup order being taken down incorrectly, but Riley, the bartender, provided outstanding service. He made sure the correct order was prepared as quickly as possible and even took care of my bill to make up for the inconvenience. He's truly a stand-up guy! I’ll definitely be back and will bring more business to this location.

This restaurant is amazing! First of all, the service is exceptional! The staff really knows how to treat customers right, providing the perfect balance of personal attention and privacy. Secondly, the food is fantastic! It's always delicious and consistently high quality. The management and team at this location deserve recognition for their efforts. They truly make this restaurant shine!
