This is the absolute worst service I have ver received and I’ve received bad service before. they didn’t check in my table once, and the time it took for the food was over an hour. plus they gave us the wrong order three times. The food isn’t too bad once you finally get it but there needs to be a serious change at this location, because it wasn’t even all that busy when this was happening. The other fusion sushi on McKnight is a much better option.
Good service, staffs tried to service every table. The atmosphere is nice. Many foods you can choose for all you can eat. Many kinds of food are good, but for me, some are not.I like sashimi and sushi, but I don't like roll (I tried one kind of roll. The quality is good and tasty, but mushy. For dessert, ice cream is good, but fried milk is a little greasy.
I don't know ow why some of the reviews were negative. We are visiting Calgary. This restaurant was nearby our hotel.. I did the all-you-can-eat dinner. Food was good. Service was fast for my original order and for when I ordered twice more. Staff was nice and helpful.
Good afternoon. I want to leave a review because the dinner at this restaurant was the worst for me and my friends. We came to have dinner with four of us, sat at a table that was right in front of the open kitchen, we could see the chefs working and even hear what they were saying. We made an order, but the sushi was very small, so we weren't full and decided to order more, when I took my order to the waiters myself for the second time, because no one came to our table, and there were 20 minutes left until the kitchen was finished. We made a big order because we had paid money and planned to eat well, but the portions were very small. When the Asian chef with long hair saw our order, he got very angry, started screaming, using foul language and throwing all the kitchen utensils around. All the time he was cooking, he was very angry, complaining to his colleagues and constantly looking at our table, he looked directly into our eyes and pointed his finger at us. Then he would walk outside past our table and even at that time he didn't stop doing it, it seemed like he was going to walk right up to us and start hitting us, he was so unhappy that he had to do his job for which he was paid. I don't understand how such a person can work in the service sector. It was just awful, I will never come to this place again. My friends, who came to visit me from Edmonton, were also unimpressed.
