Ginger Beef - 14th St SW - Calgary

I mainly order delivery from this restaurant, but sometimes do pick up. Since moving to the area in April 2022, I have used this place several times. Tonight, I had the best ginger beef in the south of Calgary along with large spring rolls and delicious chicken dishes. I had to write a review because my delivery arrived in just 10 minutes despite the estimated 45-minute wait time. That hardly ever happens! I give this place a solid 10 out of 10.

This grocery store is a complete disaster. The food they serve is of poor quality, the customer service is terrible, and don't even get me started on the slop they serve! Stay away from this place!

If you live nearby and King's Chinese restaurant is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, consider ordering from this restaurant instead. It is the second best option in the area, although it falls short of being as good as the top choice. The beef dish was tough to chew and the chicken lacked flavor.

Please note your health before eating here. I ordered a chicken dish a month ago, and within an hour my stomach started to make backflips. About an hour after dinner, I had my head in the toilet bowl and was violent... until. For the next 48-72 hours, I was totally ruined. All I ate came either my mouth or the other way. No replacement attempt has been made and I have done a dozen attempts to contact management. None of my calls were sent back. He seems too busy talking to me.

Fried rice, veggies, ginger beef, spring rolls were all good. The chow mein was not the greatest but good value for the money.
