La Bodega - Calgary

We actually wanted to go to another restaurant nearby but it was closed so walked from this place. Glad we came in. Lunch was so good. Small little place and the chap who served us was so friendly and helpful to go over the menu with us. We are only in Calgary for 2 more weeks but will definitely be back.

Al Pastor Nachos were excellent. Guacamole was great too. Flautas on the Dry Bland side, but maybe they're like that and just not my thing. Next time I'll try a burrito or enchiladas, will definitely be getting the nachos again! Great portions.

Good location and service. The burritos were ok but the meat inside wasn't very good.

Julie the server is very nice and friendly. the place is clean and food is good..will definitely eat here again.

The Mexican Food from the Bodega is most similar to that found in Chihuahua. Which personally I quite enjoy. I do think the food has been made a little too white bread. But overall is a really great Mexican experience.
