Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse - Calgary

Holy meat coma, Batman! This place serves up some crazy rodizio that will leave you satisfied for hours. Came here for a Sunday brunch and everything was excellent. Pampa offers brunch with unlimited meats and a plentiful salad bar. My favourite dishes were the pork belly, lamb and chicken. The pickled watermelon from the salad bar was so delicious as well! It was hard to try everything before I got full but I managed to do pretty good! I Highly recommend pampa for family functions and your server will notify the gauchos if you have any meat restrictions so they don’t offer it to your table.

I went to this steakhouse for a wedding reception and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating to us. The salad bar was excellent as there were many choices to choose from. The inside of the place looked very nice. The washrooms in the steakhouse are well kept and I liked how the stalls literally left no space between the cracks and it felt more private. The meat there is excellent. The servers had the meat on these swords and would cut the meat off in front of you, to give the meat. You could decide how much meat you wanted as well. The Brazilian lemonade was delicious as it had condensed milk in it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very loud, although it was because I went to a wedding reception that was held there, so that was why the atmosphere was very loud.

What a wonderful experience! The selection of meats that came to the table was overwhelming at times but delicious never the less! They have a beautiful salad bar that includes both hot and cold items. I loved all of the ingredients to make a custom salad!  <br/ <br/ It's a very open restaurant and can be a bit like a maze trying to get to your table but that's the only downside. It's all beautiful to look at.<br/ <br/ The real star here is the service! The meat servers, or gauchos as they call them, were courteous and accommodating when we had special requests. We asked them to bring some meats back around a couple of times. Our main server was Lacy and she was a delight!  <br/ <br/ Overall I wouldn't hesitate to visit this restaurant again, in fact I look forward to my next rodizio!

MEAT HANGOVER.. . . . .   all I can say is be hungry when you get there.  The continuous meat skewers coming your way, its hard to say stop.  Everything was amazing,  the salad bar a nice mix of accompaniments.  The steaks, chicken and pork were all done to perfection.<br/ <br/ If you are looking for something different for out of town guests its a great spot to entertain.

We really enjoyed the Pampa. It had a modern and fresh environment. The gauchos came around frequently and we never felt like we were waiting. The quality of the meat was very good. I didn't love the salad bar. I think some more options would have been better. The papaya cream was excellent desert. Mrdamo <br/
