Red Lobster - Calgary

Super friendly fast and the layout is clean. great selection for seafood never disappoints. highly recommended for all. They also have great summer specialists. I can't wait to come back.

Was said to wait 45-1 hour for much longer than they said, and if we asked if we could divide the party into several tables, they said that their water could not treat it with two tables at the same time as a group so disappointed by the service

I would like to share my awesome dining experience with our amazing server Livia. Kudos to her sweetness and great customer service We love dining at Red Lobster.

It was my friend's birthday and she loves Lobster so we were really happy when we could dine-in (allowed for a short time) and were able to enjoy great meals and service.

After shopping in the local area, and having seen adverts for Red Lobster previously, we decided to travel a little out of our way to visit the restaurant. Located opposite a large shopping centre, this was fairly easy to get to (though we did get...a cab). We arrived at around 4ish but were looking for an early dinner, more than lunch. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by very friendly staff, and although the restaurant was around half full. First impressions, having never visited the chain before, was that Red Lobster was more formal than casual dining, and the main area was not moderately lit light enough, but still cosy. We were seated promptly and after deliberating for a while on the menu, managed to narrow down the many selections to be able to order there is much to choose from, all of it mouthwatering and great value. We chose our drinks, as well as a varied selection of the different shellfish on offer, and our food seemed to arrive at the table within minutes. Everything we received was hot and freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious and full of flavour. The lobster and snow crab were particularly enjoyable. We didn't have to trouble our waitress either, as everything we needed arrived before we realised we needed it. The staff really were on top form. I love to eat, but even I was nicely full after this meal. It really was one of the better meals I have eaten at a restaurant. I only wish Red Lobster was in the UK!
