They refuse to do ice coffees leaving you stuck with cold brews. This is effectively twice the price. They even have an industrial ICEOMATIC and multiple pots of coffee. See picture for reference of the ice machine.

I went to order a drink I typically get, Pineapple Paradise drink. I usually get less ice; they wanted to charge me an extra dollar for less ice! Not coming here again.

The workers were so sweet ! they finished my order so quickly and apologized ?customer service is over the top, i would definitely come back.
