Swiss Chalet - Calgary

Ordered the Quarter Chicken Meal with a Baked Potato and Bun, was served what was the size of a pigeon leg and thigh, the Loaded Baked Potato had 5 bitty pieces of Chives, a tablespoon of sour cream and 2 flakes of bacon, the best part of the meal was the bun and water!Could have gotten just as bad a meal for the same price at McDonalds But would have left full!

Keep buying take out. And for the third time hoping I could get a better one but I got a food that might be just leftovers. Chickens are dry fries are cold even a meal for my daughter. She’s having a hard to bite the chicken breast I got. Not sure what is going on.

I usually don’t write reviews unless the experience was excellent or terrible. This time it’s the latter. The food was tasteless and not fresh. The chicken was dry and had an aftertaste, it was actually disgusting. My chicken looked undercooked and when I complained they took it back and gave me cold chicken instead of a new fresh juicy chicken. The server looked miserable and hated his job. It was just a horrible experience and ruined my childhood memories of how delicious Swiss Chalet used to be. I will say the only thing I enjoyed was the gravy but couldn’t even eat it with the chicken because of how bad it is. Avoid this place and go to Nando’s instead. Periodttt.

Absolutely love Swiss Chalet, always a great meal. Our server Christine was wonderful tonight, super friendly, very attentive and just a lovely person. Thank you for such great service.
