The Keg Steakhouse Market Mall

I had baseball top sirloin and it was totally a blast, flavorful cut with a perfect cook. We tried the mushroom cheese appetizer which had a smooth creamy texture and was scrumptious. The double baked potato was my favorite side and the mashed cauliflower was the shunned one. The ambience was pleasant with couple of rooms of different styles.

Such an amazing experience! The service from Amy was by far the best… such positive energy, so friendly and does a spectacular job serving. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and she helped to make it extra special ;)Hands down recommend this location for all the reasons that matter!!

For the keg it’s pretty good. Service and decore were spot on. We shared some appetizers and they were delicious . Tasty and memorable for a steakhouse. Location is ideal in the mall so parking won’t be a problem. The service was top quality and a highlight of the night. Try this spot out!!

We’ve been to other locations but this was the best experience we’ve had at the keg. Kaitlyn M tended to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Both kaitlyn and Brando were so tentative to us to make this whole experience memorable for my girlfriend and I to celebrate our anniversary. We appreciate so much their care towards us. Thank you.

We were shopping in the mall and on an impromptu decision decided to head to the keg to get dinner. We did not have a reservation which normally we would have done.It was a Sunday, so we figured, if it was crazy busy and we were asked to wait we would head out elsewhere.Surprisingly, there was no wait and it was rather slow.We requested the lounge for 2 guests and were seated in Manuela’s section.She was pleasant however scatterbrained and seemed unable to remember anything.We ordered 2 waters along with a few alcoholic bevies. At the same time we were offered the kegs infamous warm bread and butter. Once we said sure to this, we also ordered appetizers.It took more than 20 minutes for our drinks to appear after my partner had to stare down our server as a reminder. We waited and waited, tables in our section had completed their meals and plates were cleared. We were the only table waiting on food. Our complimentary offered bread never showed, nor did our appetizers.Our mains arrived and man did they look terrible, our Caesar salad was brown and looked wilted. The food was over cooked. We never could tell our server because she didn’t come back to check.At the time we received the bill, (noting we were not even asked if we wanted dessert) we had to advise our server the appetizers on our bill we never did receive.This is super surprising for us as we have always had great experiences at the keg. With the inflation prices and when guests choose to eat out helping keep your establishment in business and providing paycheques for your staff we expect optimal service and at the least the items we order to arrive.Will not visit again, no offering of percentage off our bill was given and if I could rate this experience a 0 I would.Do not recommend. Rather select a different keg.
