Tim Hortons - Calgary

I always encountered this staff gets my order she’s not smiling always.

All the employees here are amazing, Special shout out to the employee Asif, he knows my order and starts making it when he sees me. Very busy location but great

I simply go there because the staff are happy, polite and welcoming!

This Tim Hortons location is very busy because its location is strategic. They are located within a Gas Station and there is a drive-through that is easily accessible.

I usually go there by drive thru and the old lady working at the front in morning she is worst and she don’t even know how to talk and told she was so rude and which was not new to me as if always happen and one of the funny thing about that lady is that once I order egg and sausage in English muffin and a coffee and once I get my order I told the lady that your coffee seems to be not hot enough and she mention it to me she can make it microwave for me. I hope your management take it seriously and don’t make her work in front to deal with customer as she has poor customer service.
