Feedback gevenGreat little boba shop! Tried their Thai Brown Sugar milk tea their regular Brown Sugar milk tea. Both great, though the winner for me is definitely the Thai brown sugar. It doesn't taste like a normal Thai tea veers more towards a black tea, but still has that Thai tea essence. I've tried both 50% and 70% sweetness I would recommend 50%. 70% is pretty dang sweet and 50% is also sweet enough to capture the core taste without being overbearingly. Honestly, I could've gone down to 30% since 50% is still on the sweet side.Their boba is on the more chewier side of the spectrum and also on the smaller side.Definitely recommend if you're in Calgary!
My favorite boba chain! Truedan makes the best milk tea drinks bar none. It's a very small shop, so definitely just grab your drink and go, but service is quick and friendly.My go to drinks are the brown sugar thai milk tea (go 30% sweet), the Celadon tea latte or the original brown sugar milk tea. All are sweet and delicious in their own way. The thai milk tea is a bit different from other thai teas I've had but in a great way, the celadon has grassy floral notes and the brown sugar drink is just good old classic milk tea. Pearls are a little on the firmer side, especially for less than large normal size pearls, but it's still got good chew.
Capped Thai brown sugar milk tea with grass jelly is must try!
Definitely the best bubble shop in Calgary and my personal favorite. The staff here are literally SO nice! Always friendly and honestly make my day better. My favorite drink is the jasmine green milk tea latte (highly recommend!
Really good! They advertise milk alternatives but some top options are pre-made, like the thai tea.
