Wendy's - Calgary

Service at this location isn't great. Staff are never at the till. Front counter staff only take 1 order before helping the next guest, and walk over and stare endlessly at the burger makers screen. Staff don't listen to the order and punch it in wrong and then when you tell them they don't believe you. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Every time I come to this location I usually come in the early morning or evening. I stand at the counter and wait to be served quite often for close to ten minutes when the front is otherwise empty and the drive thru is more than manageable. I have years of drive thru experience myself and if my restaurant was running this poorly I'd be spoken to at work. I usually order the wraps, both breakfast and lunch and they are always a mess. It is like the kitchen person has folded it in the paper instead of actually wrapping the tortilla, it takes five seconds, why the laziness? The food has no real quality and is obviously made by people who are working just because it is their job. Most recently, when I've gone the employees have locked the doors early. Even during the holidays didn't put up signs. The door was locked even though there was still diners at tables and the drive thru was full. The food is not enough to make up for the bad service.
