We visited the restaurant after a friend recommended it to us and it was definitely one of the best meals we had in our trip to Madeira. The food was delicious, we ordered bacalhau and espetada with different sides. Portions were large and it really was a great value for money. Also, the staff was really friendly and welcoming. If we visit Madeira again, we will definitely repeat!

A hidden gem in the mountains. Recently renovated. Warm and rustic. Limited menu, but freshly prepared in a wood burning kitchen, where the owner is the Chef. Delicious, wholesome and plentiful food. Can accommodate groups for functions Highly recommended!!
