Restaurante Portón de Santo Domingo

The best we had. tiny restaurant near santo domingo with 5 tables. probably best for lunch than a charming interieur. we had the freshest seafood on the trip. everything was delicious.

I am in the regular the kind of traveling who like to go around a city like cartagena and just find something that looks good, well I would advise them not to do in cartagena because although there are many good restaurants there are also. many not so good restaurants. most of my better meals came from restaurants that were not in the traveling happy places, it is hard to resist choosing a restaurant in a plaza because that in the rule there is such a great ambiente, but food quality also and the plaza restaurants in cartagena are overprices for what they get! try one of the restaurants on the streets that lead to the plazas, and they get a much better meal. porton de santo domingo was my last real meal in Colombia before I left, and I am so glad that we decided to taste a restaurant that was not in a plaza because eating was so good. the dining room was really romantic and well furnished the service was spectacular that they did not get anywhere in Colombia. they start with the mushroom and then they have the cazuela de mariscos, yum yum.

Este restaurante es muy especial para mi, ya que en este lugar mi esposo me propuso matrimonio. Es muy tradicional y definitivamente invita al romance.

Muy amigable. Comida muy sabrosa. Raciones abundantes. Hemos ido varias veces y nunca nos ha defraudado

Muy lindo lugar, muy recomendable cualquier sitio en la ciudad amurrallada, solo hay que mirar los precios ya que todo es caro.
