Last Saturday we happened by chance in this restaurant found on Google (we were passing to Caltanissetta and we were super satisfied (recommended the dishes of the day!!! all delicious, raw materials sought and quality and undoubtedly top service!
It is the restaurant that should be in every city! There is almost maniacal attention to the ingredients: carefully chosen and cooked with respect to enhance their authentic taste. Fantastic fresh pasta and especially ravioli at the three truffles. Exquisite not only food but also Mr. Biagio who entertained us with his sympathy and professionalism, as well as wisely recommended the dishes to choose from. OTTIMO, super recommended!
