My second order, tacos al pastor, was unacceptable; there was hair in them, and I'd give them a 2 out of 10. They did remake my meal, but I was already put off by the hair I had found on my lime and in the tacos. To make things worse, the salsa came with chips from previous diners—they were clearly reusing the dips. There was only one other family in the restaurant besides us, which should have been a red flag. We thought it would be worth a try since it was our first visit. For my third order, I tried the menudo, which I would rate a 4 out of 10, but I also discovered a small hair in it. Overall, the best part of the meal was the can of soda I enjoyed before leaving.
Food was good except my gorditas were a little fried hard, prices were good. And they have dinner specials Wheelchair accessibility: Easy street level access
The restaurant feels very outdated, with no renovations in decades. The burrito I ordered was quite small for over $12. I would recommend skipping this place; it's a waste of both time and money.
The verde salsa here is the best I've ever tasted in Cook County! The steak tacos are absolutely delicious and definitely a must-try!
This restaurant has a bad service in answering calls, they should hire people who even want to work
