Starbucks - Calumet City

Your service and drinks are great. I wish they had a better location. The ride thru is very small and always crowds you the risk of getting your car hit because it depends on a main road. I'd go there more, but that's definitely humiliating me. Besides, there are not many parking spaces. Picking up is also difficult. Other than that, I would recommend.

Kudos to the great team working on this place! Although they were super busy and had a very long and seemingly non-stop line in the drive-thru, all worked efficiently and professionally together and did the job. When I asked for my grilled cheese sandwich to be roasted twice, I got it with courtesy and a smile. I really appreciate that because it seems lately good customer service and courtesy seem to be rarities.

This Starbucks is very complete for me!! Great customer service for drive thru and actually I notice that most Starbucks have great people working the drive thru. My drink is always on the point, and I am not one of those (not that something is right with him people like what they like) who need an additional shot of this or that, astonishingly I only command my drink and it is always right and to my desires. The only thing in this Starbucks is the place. It is in a very small stripe shopping center and the auto-dru line can and will be in the street of a very busy street near the larger shopping center. The Starbucks is on the side of the street that leaves the shopping center, and it looks like a lot of traffic, but it's just Starbuck's customer by ride thru. After you are mistakenly in this track, do not make this mistake anymore. It would be really nice for a larger room, with the same staff and the warmth they bring. Kudos to this Starbucks .

Clean, employees were nice... order was just like I like it...hot, not too sweet and smooth. Blueberry muffin was good not under cooked or mushy on top.
