For anyone who has had actually good boba, this was a hue letdown. Tapioca was way overcooked so it was just falling apart. Oolong was super weak, barely any tea in it. Just milky frothy blegh.

Very quick and good. The place is nice and cozy. The workers were really nice and funny. Love this place will definitely come back. Also I recommend the cookies and cream bubble tea.

I'm so happy to see that they kept this spot a bubble tea place! They have tons of flavor and style choices I want to try. My friend got the coffee bubble tea and I got the berry black tea as a milk tea. Both were delicious and I've been back to get berry milk tea again! The updates they made to the space are very tasteful and I'd love to see this spot last a long time.

This cafe is one of the coziest cafes I've ever been to! I have been craving mango green tea from Taiwan, so I came here, and it was AWESOME!! Wow, one of the best I've ever had. My friend ordered an oolong bubble tea she enjoyed her drink as well. Highly recommend.
