Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Calumet-Norvelt

This place is great! Pulled pork sandwich for $8 is an excellent deal, comes with 2 sides!Staff very friendly and accomodating. I was in and out on my lunch break with plenty of time. I will definitely go there again!

I haven’t been to Dickey’s in over a year but I was in the area and grabbed a brisket dinner to go. Super disappointed. Definitely not the brisket I remembered. Half of each strip was fat and greasy. So disappointed. I have pictures but don’t see the option to include them.

Amazing food, a little complex menu but the employee explained everything and brought out our food to us, very friendly and the food was amazing.

Stopped here on in a road trip because we had a craving for BBQ. The food was great, with the ribs and brisket standing out as our favorites. The bbq beans and mac and cheese were also great. Staff very friendly and efficient. We make this drive a few times a year and would stop here again.

Our first time trying Dickeys. We were looking forward to some 'meat candy ' Brisket. So, we bought 1.5 lbs, to go, and were VERY disappointed. It looked and tasted like roast beef, NOT what one would expect from brisket.The people were very nice, and the establishment had a great atmosphere. But Hog Father 's juicy, tasty, smoked slices of Brisket are WAY superior to the dry , shredded, 'roast beef ' we paid $22 a pound for at Dickeys. The Mac n cheese was fairly decent, though !
