District Taco - Calumet-Norvelt

BLUF: Good food, avg price for DC, quick and easy with good size portions. Good locationFood was alright, I got the chorizo and steak bowl the steak was a little tough but had a good smoke flavor to it. Queso and chips were good. My wife got chicken tacos and she liked them.Parking: It can be hard to find parking depending on the time of day

Came here on a school trip and it all was very organized. food came out super quick and was amazing. atmosphere was very nice. place was very clean and well-kept. employees were very efficient. bonus points for the self-serve and cool fancy soda machine that not a lot of places have anymore.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST.If you are paying $6 a taco, you would think they'd warm you corn tortillas and give you a plate. Besides the fact that the tacos were mostly lettuce, the wrapped 3 tacos in paper, and then squeezed them into an aluminum wrap. The tacos came out stuck to the paper, soggy and horrible. When I asked for a plate, the jerk behind the counter told me to use the paper bag and laughed at me!The ABSOLUTE WORST taco I've EVER had, the absolute worst service, the absolute worst value.

Food is not great here. The taco was given very little meat portion in it.
