Pizza Boli's - Calumet-Norvelt

I order online at 2pm. Order just arrived my order at 4:20 pm. I specified online to include garlic butter in my order didn't receive it. Manager says driver tried to deliver food and the call wouldn't go through. Gave them a new number and the manager told me that the food would be recooked. I received a cold and stall pizza with no garlic butter. I paid almost $18 online for a medium pizza that looks like a small. I would absolutely never order again and I don't recommend nobody else to either. Customer service was horrible and they just worried about a dollar and not customer service.

Delivery from this place is a disaster. Ordered six pizzas the day before delivery. The driver was more than an hour late and the pizzas were barely warm by the time he arrived. The store and the driver gave different reasons why he was late. Incredibly disappointed. Do not recommend.

It would been great if they sent the correct order. When we realized the mistake. They were closed.

0 STARS I had just had the nastiest and craziest experience. I am a person who has worked in the food industry for 8 years and knows the policy and procedures when dealing with food and being around food. I bought a small pizza for my daughter. I check the pizza and it looked fine. My daughter bit into her pizza and it was a long strand of hair in the pizza. I took the pizza back and requested a refund and remake. I should’ve never asked for a remake but my daughter really wanted pizza and I don’t drive. I witness the worker take the pizza that I gave back to him with the hair and give the pizza to a homeless man and laugh are you kidding me. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU ARE NASTY AND CRAZY YOURSELF. I already contacted corporate.

I ordered a Greek salad for myself and my wife. Should be no surprises as it is made in a very uniform Way by all Pizza Boli's and I'm only meaning the ingredients but for some reason we have no idea what kind of salads that we were sent. That's not even the worst of it some of the vegetables were not even fresh then there was American cheese instead of feta there were other issues but here's the one that really ticked me off the most. I ordered triple chicken and I ordered my wife double chicken they decided to dice the chicken up into very very very very very small cubes to make it appear as if it's more chicken. When they remade the meals the next day it still wasn't up to par . If you're really hungry I say grab something to eat but I honestly do not recommend this location especially for anyone working with their money. To their credit the staff was very polite I didn't get any hassle for having my order replaced and I appreciate that but I'm still very disappointed in the food I'm not had this issue with any other location
