Potbelly - Calumet-Norvelt

Very good sandwiches and salads. I ate here several times on vacation. Especially liked the meatball sandwich and the chicken salad salad.

I recently came to this location in Navy Yard and was disturbed by the lack of professionalism. The staff argued amongst each other when I arrived because my order was not ready (I did a mobile order for pick up) and then the manager did not apologize for my order not being ready on time. My sandwich tasted amazing (I got the Mediterranean) but the customer service was trash and I do not plan to return to this specific location.

Not as good of an experience compared to other locations. The entire staff was preoccupied with their own conversation and ignoring the customers. The person making my sandwich kept forgetting about completing my order as he kept stepping away to join the conversation. Twice, he seemed surprised that I was still standing there. I’m a fan of potbelly, but I may not return to this location.

Terrible. Got food poisoning from this place yesterday and now I’m miserable and in pain smh. First time and last time having them. This is a warning.

This is an excellent Potbelly location! I recommend ordering in person if you have time, as this will ensure you get exactly what you want on your sub.
