Ramen By Uzu - Calumet-Norvelt

The place is in a food hall so it's a short walk to locate it. Ordering and customer service was easy and great. Food didn't take long and tasted like authentic ramen. I went to Japan two months ago and the Raman was similar. Kudos will return. Seating was for any food you have gotten from any where do seating wasn't a problem. Inside or outside and even on the roof.

Super tasty Miso Ramen!! The broth was flavorful and the noodles cooked to perfection.

Order your beverage where ever straws are sold if you prefer it. They don’t have straws, nor do the other restaurants, give you straws without a purchase. Just order your soup and get your drink somewhere else. Not worth the hassle. Honestly, I probably could’ve ordered the soup somewhere else too. Somewhere they have straw with their six dollar beverages.

Worst ramen I have ever had and I eat A LOT of authentic ramen. Everything tasted off the chicken, broth, vegetables, and the egg was basically almost completely raw. ? My stomach hurts now.

Good ramen hands down! The bone broth is rich with flavor and the pork was tender yet delicious. Amazing flavor profile all around.
