Let me start by saying that they strongly benefit from the fact that they’re the only food place in this general area for people working in office Monday thru Friday. If not for that they would never get the business that they do!! The food is pricey but decent enough to get you through a work day. The costumer service especially to certain demographics is abysmal!! Outside of maybe 3 workers they’re rude and nasty and could care less how they treat and speak to you. It’s sad because it is only this location that acts like this towards paying customers. I can’t state enough that many of us wish to never spend money here ever but they’re convenient. I encourage anybody visiting this location one day to sit and observe how they treat certain demographics compared to others.

Worst breakfast ever. The staff are incredible rude, and the food is mediocre at best

Staff is really friendly, welcomed us right as we came in, definitely positive energy. And the food was good quality/quantity at a reasonable price for a breakfast cafe in DC.

Standard DC lunch counter serving sandwiches and salads. Reasonable prices, good quick service, and nice hot sandwiches.

Decent food but terrible service and generally hard to navigate.
