The Willard Room In Wash

A great experience in this hotel. Igmar at the lobby and Natalie at the front office were extremely kind and did my stay so enjoyable. I could feel the genuine of their customer service. And the location of this hotel is really convenient. Next to the White House.

We have used the Willard twice to bring Grandkids to DC and tour the city. It is always a highlight of our trip. The service and attention to detail is 5 star all the way. We have now used the Willard to host family 4 times. What a fantastic place to stay when in the District. Easy access to all the monuments, museums and places of interests. It will always be the first place I look when traveling to DC.

Lovely hotel with professional staff , I wanna say thank you to Mr.shawn ,he is very kind , good sense of humer , I love this hotel and if I wanna back to DC of course I'm going to choose this hotel again ,the room was clean and spacious ,the breakfast was good

I had a fantastic stay at wilward InterContinental hotel! The location was perfect, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Shan for his exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.
