My experience of johnny rockets was positive. I could say that the cash registers also tried their hardest with the long lines and the unpleasant temperature. The food there was decent and is what I expect from a water park. The cash registers were very helpful and worked hard to order my large order for 11 people.
I have allergies and the cashier was nice to ask for accommodations but the kitchen would not allow any changes. Their other branches have always been attentive and helpful, but I was forced to just have fries for lunch, which tasted undercooked, too ripe, and like a salt lick. I would sooner eat grass than return to this establishment. What a tarnished depiction of the Johnny Rockets name.
One of the worst dining experiences I 've had. The lines were enormous and I spent over one hour waiting in 90 degree weather. The food portions were ridiculously small (you could literally count the number of fries on the plate) and we ended up spending over $75 in mediocre fast food. (The crew leader, Ashley, was rude and severely lacking in any customer service skills and invited me to take up my complaints with the corporate office. I did but they never returned my call). Eat before you get to Splish Splash.
That was NOT fast food. I think we waited almost an hour as a family of four. Go to the other side of the park on Lazy River. So many more options.
