Johnny Rockets - Calverton

This was NOT fast food. I think we waited close to an hour as a family of four. Go to the other side of the park by the Lazy River. So many more options.

Slow. I had three people in front of me and in line for 20 min. One of the workers dropped my fries on the counter, picked them up and put them back on my plate. The one that took my order took someone in front of me. And there were seriously like six workers there and yet, I was in line for almost a half an hour for two orders of chicken tenders, a soda, and a milkshake. While I was waiting for my food to come to the counter, there was a manager there with two other employees, and she was teaching them how to wash their hands properly. Although it comforts me to know that they will be using cleanliness while serving food, they let customers just stand at the window and watch the demonstration which I do think should be done during down times. I had to listen to her teach them how long to wash their hands for and how to put the soap on first, wet them, rub them while singing the happy birthday song and rinse them. They thought they were amusing, and were smiling and laughing, which kids infuriated me as I was still waiting for someone to wait on me at that point. Besides I think the manager should've taught them please not to drop food on the counter and then pick it up and put it on the plate right in front of the customer. Wish there were better options at Splish Splash.

I went to splish splash yesterday and I had Johnny rockets I had the smokehouse single I had a stomach ace after I ate it no big deal. Then when I get home I pucked up the RAW pink burger. That's right I had food poisoning I was up till 2 in the morning pucking my brains out. Next time I'll bring my own lunch instead of getting an expensive food poisoned burger at Johnny rockets.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and had a rude attitude. Each time I tried to place my order, she seemed to misunderstand me. I would not recommend this place.
