I love the food, but I really dislike the misleading tactics they use for delivery. Instead of clearly displaying the total delivery fees upfront, they bury substantial service charges in the "Taxes & Fees" section. It's unclear who benefits from this, but it amounts to 20% of the subtotal! This is after they've already jacked up the price of every menu item by 30% for delivery! Then they have the nerve to claim that delivery only costs $1. This is extremely dishonest and, quite frankly, should warrant criminal fraud charges against the company and every executive involved in this exploitation of loyal customers. If you're going to add 56% to the bill plus a $1 delivery fee, be upfront about it instead of trying to deceive customers. I recommend avoiding delivery altogether and writing a review to inform the management why you’re not willing to pay for this scam. Perhaps this might encourage them to rethink their practices, since it seems they lack basic morals and ethics.

I really like the food, but it seems to be getting more and more expensive. I ordered chips to go with my meal for a little over a dollar, which I thought was worth it. However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find the chips were stale. The quesadilla I ordered was a bit greasy, and the greens I requested as a side were wilted. Even so, we'll likely return, as it might just have been an off day. Usually, my experiences here are quite good.

During my visit today, they unfortunately ran out of lettuce. However, the staff was extremely helpful, and I truly appreciate their service. This is the first time I've encountered a shortage of an item here, and I typically come 1-2 times a week.
