El Pollo Loco - Camarillo

The double chicken tostada is my favorite. It's big with a good amount of chicken although I'm confused the chicken doesn't have the charbroiled taste like the Oxnard restaurant. The one in Camarillo doesn't I love the dressing. It's yummy.

Yes I may have order through food delivery but no need for my food to be as cold as bricks no steam nada and I order from here frequently

Ordered using the drive thru and didn’t check when I received it so that’s on me. Wasn’t till I got home to notice my order was incorrect. Went back to the store being that I was charged for something I didn’t want to order and the manager was extremely helpful. She apologized profusely for the mistake and refunded my money while comp’ing a couple drinks. Small error but was very helpful in correcting and making it right. Thanks for the excellent service and I will continue to come here.

I like it here but they forgot my side salad and refused to give me a refund or another side when I came back. So I paid for a salad and didn’t get it.edit: customer service was awesome, called me and made things right. They have an awesome corporate team!
