Feedback gevenFirst experience tonight, and very satisfied Kebab charged as needed, serving fries as well. The kebab is good, small fat (not like other competitors where it goes crazy everywhere). Fries are very good and not fat either. Menus children very well served as well and well complete (frites, meat, mayo stick AND ketchup, toy, balloon, caprisun) Fast delivery. The deliveryman arrived 10 minutes before the time indicated, and Mr very nice and polite. Correct rates, too. We'll be back.
More than a year we are customers there on average 3 to 4 orders per month However, tonight we call to place order as very regularly we announce 45 to 50 minutes for delivery Only after 1h20, still no delivery We decide to remember to know where her is and her, we fall on the boss... We are told that the order is not yet gone, we will just tell him that he had announced a certain time and Mr takes it wrong and tells us clearly that his service has nothing to talk about and that he cancels the order, so we wait for more than 1h20 and we are canceled the order !!!!! Is it normal to talk like this to customers all the more when they are as faithful as we?!
