Feedback gevenI was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this restaurant. The service was very attentive and I didn't feel rushed at all. The food was delicious and the drinks were served promptly. I will definitely be returning in the future.

FANTASTIC MANAGER, food and service! I was blown away by how efficient Lewis the manager has been in dealing with our booking and making sure everything ran smoothly for my daughters surprise birthday meal with friends. Five star Service is so refreshing!
Came here for a family meal on a Sunday evening. We arrived at just before 8pm and were asked to order the whole meal before 8 which we did. There were no special desserts available. The main arrived before I had finished my starter. The dessert arrived before I had finished my main. I'm not a slow eater! They asked me to pay the bill whilst I was eating my dessert which I did. I'm all for fast service but this was ridiculous. They wanted to close before 9pm which they did. Their website says that they are open until 10 pm on a Sunday so why are they rushing you through a meal like this? We left feeling bloated. The staff were polite but this is no way to treat your customers. The food was good. When you pay 150 pounds for a meal it is not what I would expect.
After watching a film at the nearby cinema my wife and I walked up to this restaurant to have some lunch. On arrival we noticed they were turning people away, even though they were open and it was complete empty. On speaking to a staff member we were informed that they couldn’t take walk ins, only online bookings. So we stood outside while I went onto their website, where I was able to find an available slot in 30 minutes time. I entered all the required information only to be informed that they couldn’t take online bookings at the moment and that I should contact the restaurant directly… the same restaurant that was turning people away if they didn’t have an online booking! This is the most farcical situation I have ever found myself in, an empty restaurant turning multiple hungry customers away who want to spend money there! Needless to say we walked away and found another restaurant closer to home that was absolutely lovely and happy to take our money. Epic fail Bella Italia. In fact, there is nothing ‘Bella’ about this experience at all. Not only will I never darken your doorstep again, but I’ll make sure that everyone I know hears about this experience.
