Caffe Nero - Cambridge

Toasty poorly prepared. Both slices given to me stuck together with napkins underneath stuck to it also. This is not the first time but coffee good. It may be because they have reduced the filling and everthing gets squashed.

I decided to leave the restaurant because I had to wait in line for a long time. When I finally reached the counter with my sandwich, the barista told me they couldn't toast it because their machine was not working. There was only one barista serving customers while another spent 10 minutes chatting with a customer.

Only 2 serving one was training the one who was in charge couldn’t care less stressed to hell.waited in line for over 15 minutes terrible service or should I say lack of.will ever go back.over priced food.

I adore this place. The coffee here is the absolute best in Cambridge. The manager and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing coffee great service by Kallum considering it was busy Monday BH still had the same treat as always, Kallum made my day very polite very quick I enjoyed my coffee . Just to say thank you so much Kallum very hard to please every1 individually but you all doing great job specially on busy hot day. This is to St. Andrews Cambridge caffe Nero .
