To be honest this costa stands a bit behind comparing to other locals in Cambridge. Staff is nice, but seems slower than anywhere else (but better than the new one in Market Square). I like the sitting spaces, specially after renovation of all Grafton. It’s localisation is also convince my for all shoppers as it’s really central.
I enjoy this Costa Coffee location. It's situated in the heart of the Grafton Centre, in an open area. It tends to get quite busy, and because of the open layout, it can be noisy as sound travels easily, so it's not the best choice if you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy your coffee. However, it's a nice spot to take a break while you're out and about. I've never had a problem with my order; the staff are always accurate. There are plenty of seating options, but as I mentioned, it can get crowded, especially during peak times, like after school. If you're planning to sit down, I recommend avoiding those busy periods.
This is a typical Costa Coffee location. The service is quick, and the quality is excellent. While the ambiance isn't particularly inviting—it's quite simple—it's still a decent spot to enjoy a coffee. If you found this review helpful, please remember to hit the button. Thank you!
You can't go wrong with the salted caramel frostino.
