Five Guys - Cambridge

Go to McDonald’s and save some money. The cashier was very friendly but the food is not worth the price. McD has probably better packaging than Five guys. We are not sure why someone should spend so much money on such lousy food. The ambience in their basement seating area reminds one of some American teen horror movies. Dark with flashing neon light.

Me and my friend decided to try Five Guys for the first time. I got a beef dog and she got a burger, we got fries and drinks too. I knew it was expensive but £17….. Neither the dog or burger was good and the fries were cold. It’s a shame because the staff were really nice.

Always wanted to go to five guys this was our first time. And will be the last time Omg. It was horrible. I had the hot dog with bacon and fries. And have to say. It was vile opend the hot dog up looked like sick only eat a bit. As the presentation of this was terrible. The fries were warm. Not hot. And omg. The price. Asked if I wanted a drink. Would have been 17 pounds. In all I payed 12.50. Never again. Would have been better to go to Bella italia where I had a lovely meal. The night before please guys don’t go to five guys this is the first review I have ever given one star

We tried Five Guys for the first time and were very impressed by the service and team management of on-shift manager Ben. He was a wonderful person and a credit to Five Guys. The burger lived up to its promise of being the "burger of your dreams." Thanks to Ben and his team, we will definitely be returning customers for life. Our trip to Five Guys in Cambridge was made special by Ben and his amazing team. We would travel 100 miles again for one of their tasty burgers. Thank you for making our experience so memorable. Never forget how special you guys are!
