Indigo Coffee House - Cambridge

Fantastic spot with delicious coffee and a variety of snacks, including tasty toasties!

Great coffee, the best bagels in town, and definitely a favorite place to visit!

The owner was quite rude, which is unfortunate because I really enjoy the food, coffee, and ambiance.

We visited the shop, and one of our group ordered a coffee. We needed water since we were all suffering from sunstroke. The server at the front of the house was incredibly condescending, rude, and passive-aggressive. They provided two small plastic cups with barely any water and then refused to give the person who bought a coffee any water at all. Despite the fact that the place was empty, we were told we couldn't sit and enjoy our drinks, even after we were polite. In a spiteful move, the server poured the coffee from a glass into a plastic cup, forcing us to take it to-go and then served water in a cloudy used glass for one of us. It was unprofessional and made for an absolutely awful experience, especially after making a purchase. They acted as if they were the most prestigious shop in Cambridge, but the coffee was mediocre at best and served in inadequate portions. To top it off, we were heckled as we left, despite our polite demeanor. I do not recommend this place and fully agree with all the one-star reviews.

What a wonderful spot nestled in a tranquil alley, perfect for a quick break and a bite to eat while exploring the city. The panini and soup were both delicious! The staff was also very friendly. I highly recommend this place!
