Feedback gevenAlthough we booked via open table beforehand, we arrived at the restaurant to be told that there was no table reserved to us. Had I not challenged the gentleman and physically shown him the booking confirmation email, I don't think he would have attempted to find a table for us. Also, I ordered a pizza and was given the larger and more expensive one, which I had not requested. When it arrived, I said that this was a mistake, but the higher price was still on the bill.
Although they hadn't received my online booking they were able to accommodate a table for 4 and were very understanding of our time schedule due to theatre tickets.
Restaurant was not too busy, but very cold had a real design where we sat. eating was ok, daughter pizza had a small very part of pfefferoni on it, which in turn tiny in itself. I had that brot with mushroom and I'd be up. but was not particularly hot when served and became increasingly colder by room temperature.
Only one problem at the arrival we did not seem to have a booking. after a very sarcastic note of the person who looks at the bookings attempted to tell us that we have probably booked the wrong zizzi as most people,on whom we showed the actual booking we were shown on a table. otherwise everything else was good
Very friendly service. good menu area for all age groups.
