This restaurant represents the essence of gentrification. They charge $14 for a small loaf of bread and have reserved parking spaces that are never used. I visited the store once and considered buying bread, but it appeared dusty and was priced at $14.
Delicious breads with fruit in them (have tried peach, berry), bought for a family member with celiac but enjoyed by everyone!
Outstanding gluten-free (and often dairy-free or vegan) baked treats. Particularly noteworthy are the donuts (offered as a monthly special), the orange almond cake, and the French apple cake.
I go for their bagels. They are super easy to freeze and are really yummy. It is great to have a place to get bagels that I know are safe. Check their website and preorder because they only do them once every 4-5 weeks.
