Amuse - Cambridge

We went somewhere else because they only served in the lobby. Dining room closed. You have to tell you that if you call me that.

My friends and I wanted to have a nice affordable lunch in an elegant atmosphere. We were thrilled Amuse was not overcrowded and that we could actually hear each other. Our lunch was delicious, and we all had different things... so everyone was happy. My Cobb salad was the best of his kind I ever had. Our waiter was thrilled and so we had a really great experience at Amuse and will definitely be back!

A very pleasant room, high-boiling and bright. Quiet when there are few people; probably loud when full because all surfaces are hard. The menu is varied; the food was well prepared and arrived quite quickly. Service was a little brutal, but was efficient.

Great place to talk. Great service waiters were super easy to go to bring more bread etc. The Buratta with pumpkin was excellent. So was the cream broth.

I’ve dined several times here and was craving their steak. Maybe it’s because I dined at a late hour; however, the food was not good at all. The steak was over and under cooked, the sauce was off and the potatoes were a weird kind of chewy. I will dine again, but stay away from the steak.
