Great place for a quick bite. Disappointed that they did not have a vegetarian/vegan pho option. Loved the drinks especially the bubble tea

I'm not a huge fan of their food. My bf used to like it (the bahn mi). The boba is okay. One time this girl was saying this wasn't Viet iced coffee and the guy was saying it was. The poor girl was Vietnamese and this food is clearly not authentic.

Great options of rice or noodles, tofu, spicy garbanzo beans. Tasty and wonderful. Easy ordering through iPad or human. Lots of add on options, etc.

I fail to see how this place expanded to several locations.The prices: crazy for what you getThe food: lacking flavor and wildly forgettable. The scallion pancake had me wondering if I had just accidentally taken a bite of the box it was housed in. The Namesake should be called The Disappointment or maybe the restaurant should change its moniker...The service: actually nothing good or bad on this one. Pretty standard.The tea: old, tannin-filled tea. Tasted bitter and lifeless.Don 't let this place be the first place you try bánh mì.
