The sandwich is just as I remembered ? as I remembered. I first had the Chickpea Fritter Sandwich shared with a friend. It was so good. It is a sandwich that is healthy and fills you up. In my opinion, it gives me energy without making me feel like I want a nap right after. I was awake and ready to tackle the rest of the day. O loved the Rosemary Fries, which is more than I get at other places and is enough to share. The price is up there, and I wish I had a friend with me to share this meal as it is enough in my opinion to share between 2 friends, depending on how big your appetite is. I love the history behind the decor, which is noted on the wall plaques. I know help is hard to come by, but I especially enjoy an establishment that keeps a clean bathroom and bathrooms are hard to keep up with in regard to cleanliness that customers can use, theirs I give a C-.
Vegetarian options: Very tasty food. I have tried the Shawama mushroom bowl and the Mediterranean bowl. Both very fresh and full of healthy ingredients. The prices are very reasonable. Much better than eating salty or sweet junk food in other restaurants.
I ordered Mediterranean dish which has wheat and carrot salad which was decent but Falafel was a joke! Very small and tasteless. Such an easy and cheap thing to do and they give you so little pieces! Are you kidding me. Why bother! I wont order from this establishment again. Service was great and friendly. Brova guys
My family and I were touring the Harvard campus and if you are in the area and looking for a place to eat , this is your place !!! It’s clean , open , right in the heart of downtown and most of all DELICIOUS. the food is 100 vegetarian, but I honestly didn’t even realize until I was finished with the meal. We met the marketing manager for the restaurant and he told us about their mission to make a low emission restaurant that both tastes amazing and is great for the environment. He ,along with others in the staff, and are Harvard undergraduates and truly such friendly, and informed people. Make this your lunch stop ! You won’t regret it!!
