Feedback gevenThis is my favorite Mexican place in boston. they have fresh jalapenos, the same staff for years consistent, and they treat everyone with respect. they can order a dish/floor online and they won’t skimp on their order if they don’t look there. they are my favorite Mexican place, but they cause it to eat. I will get a bowl of these people at any time. have I mentioned that they are open to 4-5AM?
Good food. okay. good decent dining. the employees spend a lot of energy to keep food out of their order. they have to be fired when an extra odour makes it in the bowl.
Eating is great, but unfortunately we have ordered the last few times from the location cambridge, the orders were wrong. no promised accompanying pages with some escape, and this time I ordered the vegetarian quesadillas, but was given chickenerquesadillas. I will give them another chance, but if the order is still wrong and incomplete, I will not return. I hope they will pay close attention to what they command.
Buy them in the load and left togo. a steak bowl coughs, and it was excellent! freer guac. great price for quality $10.) I never go back to chipotle, and this is now one of my favorite places
My recent experience was abysmal. I placed an order for burrito bowl; but the order taker kept repeating my order as fajita bowl. Granted that we both were talking through our masks. When I saw the receipt, I saw that I have been charged at the higher rate of fajita bowl: so I reiterated to the cashier /order taker pointing out the price at the menu. He instead blaimed me for the wrong order, charged me the price of fajita bowl and scornfully threw a few extra pieces of fish in the bowl, did not close the lid properly. Overall the experienc was bad. I think you should keep people who speak and understand English better at the counter and not mess up order like this. By the way, previously my wife ordered from the same place online. They managed to mess up that order as well. The food is reasonable though.
