One server, handing a plate to my adult daughter, said be careful, the plate may be warm. The plate was so hot, she dropped it on to the table...and the server hurridly brought ice for her burnt fingers. Several servers witnessed the incident, but no one came back, or sent the manager over to see how she was.
We celebrated a birthday with 10 of in attendance. The Parmesan Ribeye was excellent but at $52 for a meal is way to much. I noticed everything on the menu has gone way up.. Service was great and all but 2 enjoyed their meal. Won't...be back until prices come down.
My wife and I decided to have a Keg night out. She had her classic prime rib and I had my usual classic baseball steak. Mine was cooked to perfection as were the sides I ordered. Bread and Caesar were great as always. My wife's...prime rib was 1/2 fat and you could almost see through it. After a light complaint it was replaced with a mouthwatering great cut. All worked out for the good and my wife's wine was on the house. Our server Stacey looked after us with professionalism.
My wife and I have tried several take out restaurants since the Covid restriction and have been mainly disappointed. We have tried two high end places with a poor example of high priced food (on highway 24). It was my wifes birthday on Friday so...we decided to give the Keg a try. Wow...we cannot say enough about everything. .Nice friendly helpful person on the phone...food on time and hot....packaged very well...food superb....Thank you very much.
I had my usual go-to choice, the classic baseball steak. The steak was slightly overcooked and more towards the medium side despite being advertised as medium rare. The side vegetables included mushrooms, beets, and green beans. They were a bit undercooked for my liking. My wife ordered the prime rib classic, and it was cooked perfectly.
