Feedback gevenThere was a man wearing a button down who was handling the register and managing the employees. He was ease dropping on my conversation with my sister at the bar while he was not giving undivided attention to the employees. We were complimenting the interior of the restaurant. They have a nice green ambiance. The manager wearing the button shirt with the sleeve cuffed up said to his employee wearing glasses. “What are they 3 years old , talking about plants.” I am gonna continue to come here because I think the manager could use a new type of crowd in the bar. The bar follows the “class system” so I think they are spoiled with upper class clientele. I suggest that you speak freely, the manager won’t be direct with you. Just keep in mind that they will not care about you if you are in a working class or lower class attire. Ciao for now guys! See you soon again :
Tucked away from the Main Street it was a nice find. Good ambience, amazing lobster rolls and friendly staff.
Went with someone visiting from out of state. Shared a (cold) lobster roll, clam chowder, and the brussel sprouts. All of it was delicious. I will definitely go back when in the Harvard area.
Terrible experience due to the manager that was working there (blue buttoned down top with laptop at bar). Not friendly... he was causing a negative and inclusive experience based on the vulgar spew he was expressing loudly and openly because he could not focus on work at the bar while I was sitting there with family trying to catch up and enjoy the ambiance. He also made an insulting comment towards me and my family and stormed off to work somewhere else . We decided to get the check and not order food after our drinks at that point. My suggestion is that if the staff or management who need to work on their laptop can find a place that is more quiet for them to focus? The back office? A library maybe? Maybe try to consider not sitting at the bar where it is open and active where friends and family can chat without walking on egg shells so that they don 't interrupt you? Will not be back due to his lack of professionalism which reflects on the establishment itself.
The seating is horrible. I can't get in and out of the booth without bumping into the table's support beam, the booth seat itself has a loose cushion that keeps moving and folding whenever you try to get in or out of the booth, the seat itself is super uncomfortable, and the floor is very uneven which slants the tables and makes them wobble.I ended up hurting my knee pretty badly when I exited the booth because the cushion kept sliding around and I knocked my kneecap on the table's uneven support beam. This also resulted in a glass being knocked over and being spilled onto me.I have never experienced anything like this before. There is no reason for any establishment to have these issues.
