The Wine - Cambridge

Great atmosphere, great selection of wines, chocolates, cheeses and local items. We did the wine tasting and it was out of this world good. Loved the dessert wine.

When I hit 5 stars , I saw the yelp text pop up... woo hoo! As good as it gets! This is truly the description of The Wine Bar in Cambridge, Md. As good as it gets. From the quaint atmosphere, to the broad selections of wine by the glass or bottle, and the delicious food (cheese, chocolate, gourmet sandwiches, cupcakes, flat breads, cheese/charcuterie boards you name it! they hit the mark. One of our favorite haunts in downtown. A must visit.

Loved this place! I brought me beer drinking friends and they have a wide craft beer selection and I loved the Syrah! Delish!

Lovely atmosphere, very personable service! The staff here are very friendly and acknowledgeable about their menu. A wonderful spot to spend an afternoon. Also, there are 2 pokestops within distance of the dining room!

We stumbled upon this fantastic wine bar a year ago, and we were pleasantly surprised to find such an exceptional selection of wines from around the globe right here in good old Cambridge—a town where some people (including some we know) view anything other than Coors Light as exotic. On our return this year, we were thrilled to see that the bar not only survived but expanded to the adjacent store, where they now offer a beautiful array of artisanal sauces, spices, crackers, and jams (yes, bacon jam is a thing!). The wine selection remains outstanding, and the knowledgeable staff is always ready to help you choose the perfect bottle. Plus, they’ve added a variety of fine cheeses from around the world, moving beyond the sad options of the usual American cheese or orange cheddar. Grab some cheese, a few wines, and you’ve got yourself an afternoon filled with fun, great wine, and delicious food!
