On arrival, the receptionist noticed that my husband had some mobility issues and reallocated us to a ground floor room. He also ensured that we had parked near the entrance. The whole experience was very pleasant. All staff were friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Rooms: The room was spotless and spacious. Rooms: 5 Service: 5
